Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
1. Delivery Options & Freight Services
We deliver products Australia-wide using a network of reliable courier services (e.g., Australia Post, Aramex, TNT, Allied Express) to ensure efficient delivery.
-
Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
-
Discounted Shipping Promotion: Orders over $199 may qualify for discounted standard shipping (up to $40 credit toward freight costs) for standard metro and regional delivery locations. Some remote, island, or rural postcodes are excluded from promotional freight caps and will be calculated at checkout.
-
Express Postage: Available on select parts for priority handling and faster transit times. Express services generally reduce transit time by 1–2 business days.
2. Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Times
-
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our nearest state distribution centre (QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA).
-
Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are guides only, based on average courier transit times. Unexpected courier delays, severe weather events, or remote locations may extend delivery windows.
-
Tracking details are automatically emailed upon parcel dispatch.
3. Freight, Bulky Items & Oversized Cargo
-
Oversized Parts: Heavy or bulky items—such as engines, cylinder heads, exhaust systems, bull bars, towbars, body panels, and towbar kits—cannot be sent via standard parcel post.
-
Custom Shipping Quotes: For freight-classified or oversized items, custom freight rates will be calculated at checkout or quoted by our customer service team prior to dispatch.
-
Tailgate & Commercial Delivery: Oversized freight shipments may require delivery to a commercial business address equipped with a forklift or may require a tailgate unloading service (additional fees may apply and will be advised to you before dispatch).
4. Dangerous Goods (DG) Freight Restrictions
Automotive products classified as Dangerous Goods under Australian transport codes (including lead-acid car batteries, aerosols, paint cans, shock absorbers/struts under gas pressure, and liquid chemicals/oils) are subject to transport safety regulations:
-
Air Freight Restriction: Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped via Express Air Freight or standard Australia Post air networks and must travel via approved road transport couriers only.
-
Extended Delivery Times: Road freight for Dangerous Goods may take longer than standard parcel delivery.
-
Restricted Destinations: Certain remote postcodes or offshore islands (e.g., Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island) may be ineligible for Dangerous Goods shipments.
5. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Standard small-to-medium parts can be delivered to Australia Post PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Oversized items, heavy freight, and Dangerous Goods cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers and require a physical street address.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL) & Delivery Liability
-
If you elect to grant Authority to Leave (ATL) or instruct the courier to leave the parcel unattended at your premises, risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
-
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring to parcels after successful, confirmed delivery by the courier when ATL has been authorised.
-
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
-
We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel in person, or choosing tracked shipping requiring a signature.
