Where can I pick up my items from?
We have five warehouses nationwide - at the time your order is placed, you can select your closest location. To find a step by step guide for each state, please click here.
How will I know my order is ready to be picked up?
When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an SMS and email to let you know it's time to head to your selected location to pick up your order.
What do I need to bring with me to collect my order? (ID? Order information?)
Bring a copy of your order email either printed out or on your phone.
If you are getting someone else to pick up your order, please forward them the collection ready email.
Can I collect a Click and Collect on a public holiday?
My Auto Parts and Auto Parts Group distribution centres are closed on public holidays and orders can not be collected. Please check the public holidays in the state you are collecting your order from.
Can I have someone else collect my order for me?
Yes - please forward a copy of the collection email for them to bring in when they collect the order.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Click and Collect orders will be kept for 30-days from the day your order is placed. After 7 days, one of our team members will try and contact you using the details you provided when your order was placed.
If your order is not collected within 30-days, it will be returned and a refund processed within 7-14 business days.

What happens if my order has been processed but there is no available stock?
If your product is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you using the details you entered when you placed the order and offer an alternative or provide a full refund.
